The YBM series prefabricated substation is a compact and complete set of distribution equipment that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. It is used in high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, new technology development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining and oil fields, and temporary construction sites for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the distribution system.

YBM prefabricated substations have the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil substations, box type substations of the same capacity usually occupy 1/10~15 of the land area of conventional substations, greatly reducing the design and construction workload and construction costs. In the distribution system, it can be used for ring network distribution systems, as well as for dual power or radiation terminal distribution systems. It is a new type of complete equipment for the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.

Structural characteristics

● This product is composed of a high-voltage distribution device, a transformer, and a low-voltage distribution device, and is divided into three functional compartments, namely a high-voltage compartment, a transformer compartment, and a low-voltage compartment. The high-voltage compartment is fully functional, and the high-voltage side is a primary power supply system that can be arranged in various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. High voltage measuring components can also be installed to meet the needs of high-voltage measurement. The transformer room can choose S9, SC, and other series of low loss oil immersed transformers or dry-type transformers; According to user requirements, the low-voltage room can be composed of panel or cabinet mounted structures to form the power supply scheme required by the user. It has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, and power measurement, meeting different user requirements. And facilitate users' power supply management and improve power supply quality.

● The high-voltage chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has comprehensive anti misoperation interlocking function. When requested by the user, the transformer can be equipped with tracks that allow easy access from both sides of the transformer room through the doors. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices, and all components selected for high and low voltage rooms have reliable performance, easy operation, safe and reliable product operation, and convenient maintenance.

● Two methods are used: natural ventilation and forced ventilation. The transformer room and both high and low voltage rooms have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan is equipped with a temperature control device that can automatically start and stop according to the set temperature, ensuring the normal operation of the transformer.

● The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering, and the material is made of colored steel plates with anti-corrosion and thermal insulation functions. Capable of long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof, dustproof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
