KYN28A-12 (Z) (GZS1) armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used to receive and distribute electrical energy and control, protect and monitor circuits.

This product complies with the standards: GB3906 "3.6-405kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", IEC60298 "Control Equipment for AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear with Rated Voltage of 1kV and Above".

Normal usage conditions

Surrounding air temperature: maximum temperature+40 ℃, minimum temperature -15 ℃.

Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%.

                                   The daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2kPa.

                                   The monthly average relative humidity is 90%.

                                   The monthly average water vapor pressure is 1.8kPa.

Altitude: below 1000m.

Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees.

The surrounding air should not be significantly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.

Places without frequent and intense vibrations.

When used under normal conditions beyond those specified in GB3906, it shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

Features and Characteristics

● The outer shell of the product is entirely made of aluminum zinc coated steel plate, which is processed by machine tools and bent multiple times before being assembled with bolts. It has high mechanical strength, effectively ensuring the neatness and beauty of the product. The cabinet door is coated with spray coating, which has strong impact and corrosion resistance. The product outer shell has a protection level of IP4X.

● The main switch of this product can be equipped with VD4 vacuum circuit breakers produced by ABB, C3 series fixed load switches, and various domestic series vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28) to replace similar foreign products.

● Regardless of the type of circuit breaker used, the air insulation distance of the bare conductor can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation distance can be greater than 60mm. The circuit breaker has the unique advantages of long life, high parameters, low maintenance, and small size. The KYN28-12 drum mounted metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for the 3-6~12KV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, as it is used to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, supervise, and protect the circuit. It can be used for single busbar, single busbar segmented system or double busbar system, and the switchgear meets the requirements of IEC298 "AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment with rated voltage above 1KV and below 52KV" EC694 "Common terms for high voltage switchgear and control equipment" GB3906 "3-36kV AC metal enclosed switchgear" in China and DL404 "Ordering conditions for outdoor AC high voltage switchgear" German 0670 "AC switchgear with rated voltage above 1kV" and other standards. And it has complete and reliable anti misoperation functions.

The rated current of the type with an altitude of 3000m~4000m is ≤ 1250A, and the rated breaking current of the circuit breaker is ≤ 31.5kA.

● The handcart is equipped with working and testing positions, each with positioning and display devices, ensuring safety and reliability

● Cars of the same specification can be freely interchanged, with strong interchangeability.

● Transported by dedicated transport vehicles, the handcart is easy to operate and flexible.

● The cable room can accommodate up to 9 single core cables.

● Reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices fully meet the "five prevention" requirements.

● The high-pressure chamber has pressure relief channels to ensure personal safety.

● The face door is equipped with an observation window, which can observe the working status of indoor components.
