Working principle

The GGJ series low-voltage filtering reactive power compensation device consists of CVT-18 series measurement and control device, MST/MSK series filtering compensation module, busbar system, protection system, cabinet, etc. The measurement and control unit measures the reactive power, and based on pre-set parameters, the MST filtering compensation module uses the HKT non-contact fast surge free switching device to perform non step automatic switching, accurately implementing three-phase and phase separated reactive power compensation; The MSK filtering compensation module performs unequal step automatic switching through the switching module, accurately implementing three-phase reactive power compensation. Due to the connection of the reactor, system oscillation is prevented, and according to purposeful design, a large amount of harmonic components are absorbed.

● Measurement and control highly intelligent

○ The measurement and control device adopts DSP technology, which can measure different types of parameters such as frequency, voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, harmonic components, etc. It can also achieve automatic switching in unequal steps, and can realize harmonic limit exceeding, voltage limit exceeding, system oscillation alarm and protection functions.

● Efficient, safe and reliable.

○ Adopting GGJ series filtering compensation capacitors and HL series filtering reactors, the capacitors have built-in discharge resistors, and advanced processes such as dry technology, self-healing technology, and pressure-sensitive circuit breaker technology are adopted, which have long service life and strong overload capacity. The reactor has high linearity, small inductance error, small size, high temperature rating (H-level), and also has a complete temperature protection system and ventilation system.
