Product Overview
The GZDW series microcomputer controlled DC power cabinet is equipped with cadmium nickel batteries, float charging motors, and automatic detection and alarm devices. It has the characteristics of long service life, no pollution, easy maintenance, stable voltage, ultra-low internal cathode output, strong adaptability to high current impact, and high reliability. It is an ideal DC operation power supply device, which can be widely used in substations and power plants below 500KV, as well as in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, broadcasting and television, computer rooms, underground railways, high-rise buildings and other departments. It can be used as a DC control, signal power supply, power-off protection and circuit breaker operation mechanism opening and closing power supply.

● The dual channel AC input controlled by a microcomputer can automatically switch;
● Automatic detection, display, and alarm protection for communication input overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and zero loss;
● The charging and floating charging devices adopt intelligent high-frequency switch rectifier modules, N+1 redundant matching, automatic current sharing, and can be plugged in and out while live;
● The process of battery equalization and float charging automatically switches and can operate normally according to the computer settings. Implement intelligent float charging management for batteries through programs such as grid disconnection and restoration of power transmission;
● When the microcomputer control device malfunctions or issues incorrect control commands, the charging module quickly enters autonomous working mode, and the output voltage is the factory set safe voltage, ensuring the reliability of the system operation.
● The intelligent four remote system provides detailed communication protocols for AC input, DC output, battery circuit, and expanded environmental monitoring, and has an intelligent interface for communication with the substation integrated automation system.
